CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER

After your wedding we will get in touch to confirm you are happy to receive the gifts purchased for you. It is at this point we can discuss any exchanges you may want to make.

If you make exchanges and the items you wish to take are of a greater value than those bought, the difference will need to be paid. If the items are of a smaller value than those purchased then we will add credit onto your account which can be used against any purchase in store within 12 months.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All gifts on our website and added to your gift list are subject to availability.

In the event of a gift on your list becoming unavailable we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement. In the event that we cannot your account will be credited with the equivalent amount and you will be able to choose another gift.

DELIVERY

We recommend you collect your items due to the fragile nature. But we understand that this will not always be possible.

If you require delivery, we will provide you with a cost for the shipment after you have confirmed the items you wish to take and they have been packed ready for dispatch. This shipping cost needs to be paid before items can be dispatched.

If you fail to take delivery of the gifts, or if you fail to give us adequate delivery instructions then we will store the gifts until the delivery is made and charge you for the reasonable costs of storage. Any subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional charges,

Our shipping prices do not include any local customs and duties charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance are paid by the customer. We cannot cancel orders on the basis of unforeseen duties or taxes.

STORAGE

We offer up to eight weeks free storage for your gifts from the point that we inform you your gifts are ready. After this time a storage fee will apply.


FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email info@villabolognapottery.com within 7 days of your order being delivered and we will endeavour to exchange this as quickly as possible. In most cases you will need to provide photo evidence.

Please return the damaged goods in the original packaging.

UNWANTED GIFTS

We do not accept return requests for any unwanted gifts once you have taken receipt of your delivery other than items that are delivered faulty or damaged.
