Luzzu Boat Lamp
$495Luzzus are traditional Maltese fishing boats. Wake up early in the morning and you’ll see the brightly coloured vessels gliding through the harbours. When Rowley and Sophie started working at the pottery, this design was a purely decorative piece; it was their idea to turn it into a lamp, with a curved sail for a shade. Hand-painted in Mediterranean blue, our Luzzus are also marked with the evil eye, a talismanic symbol believed to protect fishermen.

This lamp fits the standard E27 screw-in lightbulb and has a cream braided three core flex with an in-line switch. It comes fitted a standard UK 3 pin plug.
All our products are handmade and handpainted one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a minor variances in size, shape or colour, from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade and hand painted ceramics, but this what makes them so unique.
